Regional Vice President of Sales (Remote in Dallas, TX)

Healthgram is a privately held and leading TPA in the self-funded healthcare space. Our organization has an exceptional reputation amongst customers, benefits brokers, and business partners. We continue to have record years driven entirely by organic growth efforts. We are further expanding our reach by adding to our sales team.

We are seeking a proven and dynamic Regional Vice President of Sales to lead our sales strategy across Texas and surrounding markets. The ideal candidate needs to have employee benefits experience, deep relationships with benefits brokers, and a track record of winning new business. This position requires a driven and self-motivated individual that thrives in a collaborative, team environment. Self-funded health plan experience is NOT required.

This individual will be a key part of a seasoned sales team and will report to Healthgram’s Managing Director. The position is fully remote and requires consistent travel for sales purposes. Total compensation includes a base salary plus ongoing commissions, providing the unique opportunity to build a book of business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Win new self-funded business through benefits brokers to achieve growth targets
  • Leverage existing broker relationships to foster new partnerships and qualified opportunities.
  • Actively schedule meetings and create new relationships with qualified brokers and prospects.
  • Work closely and collaborate with internal teams and leadership
  • Accurately maintain all activity and opportunities in our CRM.
  • Represent Healthgram’s core values, mission, and vision.

 

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree is required
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the employee benefits industry (self-funded health plan experience is NOT required).
  • Deep relationships with benefits brokers
  • Outstanding relationship building, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated
  • Desire to compete, work together, and win
