Healthgram is looking for a team of Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our growing company. These representatives are the go-to contacts for members and providers to help them resolve issues, answer questions, and accurately quote plan benefit and claim processing details.
Hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with no evening, weekend, or overtime hours required. Paid training is on-site for 90 days before being considered for hybrid work.
