Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Healthgram is looking for a team of Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our growing company. These representatives are the go-to contacts for members and providers to help them resolve issues, answer questions, and accurately quote plan benefit and claim processing details.

Hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with no evening, weekend, or overtime hours required. Paid training is on-site for 90 days before being considered for hybrid work.

How the Bilingual Customer Service Representative will add to the team:

  • Provide efficient service to providers and members
  • Work diligently to resolve or coordinate resolution of provider and member issues
  • Assist providers and members in understanding benefits coverage and other services offered through Healthgram
  • Help us create a wave of smarter consumers who are armed with knowledge

What an ideal Bilingual Customer Service Representative would bring:

  • Fluent in written/spoken English and Spanish
  • A coachable attitude and strong work ethic
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • General knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Office, Word, etc.
